The SameSun Mystery Shop Program
A Mystery Shopper is someone who is hired by a company to pose as a customer to check or purchase pre-selected merchandise or evaluate the service received. At SameSun we pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgeable hostelling staff and the high level of customer service and professionalism displayed by our hostel employees. By utilizing the Mystery Shopper Program, we are able to better evaluate each hostel location and ensure this high level of customer service and professionalism is displayed by all our hostelling personnel.
SameSun is a hostels accommodations company built by backpackers for backpackers and therefore we want any backpacker to be able to let us know how we are doing! If you plan on visiting any SameSun accommodation hostels locations in Alberta or British Columbia (BC) during the next 30 days you could be one of our Canadian hostelling mystery shoppers; and in return for your evaluation you will receive a free dorm night accommodation stay at any SameSun hostel location in Alberta or British Columbia (BC).
In order to participate in our Canadian hostelling mystery shopper you must first become a member of SameSun.com. Membership is free and easy, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
After you become a member, go to the members area and click on the "mystery shopper" link at the top of the page. You will be given more details on the program and be able to apply to be a Canadian hostelling mystery shopper for the specific destination you are headed to.
